Verve founder Cathi Harrison says the business is focused on using artificial intelligence to reduce costs for advisers, while a new long-term funding commitment is allowing the Verve Foundation to build a more permanent infrastructure.

Harrison tells Professional Adviser the next phase of Verve is not simply about growing the business. It is about making financial advice more efficient – and ensuring that efficiency ultimately benefits clients. The Verve founder and CEO says the business is increasingly looking at how AI can be used across its services, from web design through to paraplanning and compliance.
