Stuart Phillips, CEO at chartered firm The Private Office, has seen the financial advice business from every angle. Joining financial services straight from university, he has worked his way up through numerous positions and departments, including being an analyst, in operations (where he admits he may have frustrated his colleagues), becoming a paraplanner and an adviser.
