Many technology providers overstate the depth of their integrations, which can mean that they are not always equal, according to PlannerPal CEO Mark Whitcroft.

Speaking to PA, Whitcroft argued that many technology providers overstate the depth of their integrations. "Not all integrations are equal," he said. "It's very easy in a sector full of disconnected systems for everyone to put a logo on their website and say they integrate. "You might be able to pull in a client list and call that an integration, but the devil is in the detail."
