After changing private equity backer, Intelliflo CEO Nick Eatock tells Professional Adviser how there was “a real meeting of minds”
Back in August this year, private equity group Carlyle acquired Intelliflo from Invesco after a reported bidding war to take over the adviser software provider. Intelliflo CEO Nick Eatock told PA the business spoke to a variety of firms during the sale process: "What really stood out about Carlyle was their strong and positive view of where the advice market is heading, which very much aligns with our own."
