Back in August this year, private equity group Carlyle acquired Intelliflo from Invesco after a reported bidding war to take over the adviser software provider. Intelliflo CEO Nick Eatock told PA the business spoke to a variety of firms during the sale process: "What really stood out about Carlyle was their strong and positive view of where the advice market is heading, which very much aligns with our own."
