Team formed to push network’s growth ‘already making a difference’

Advice network Sesame Bankhall Group’s (Sesame) new adviser recruitment team was formed because it ‘did not have the right dedicated capability in place’, it tells Professional Adviser.

Launched last month, Sesame unveiled that it would be pushing its adviser recruitment and formed a dedicated team to do so. Sesame director Toni Smith told PA that this was formed because it "didn't have the right dedicated capability in place". "Recruitment was happening in addition to our team's day-to-day activity, and that wasn't enough to deliver on the ambitions of our network and our members," she explained.
