What was your career history before you took part in the incubator programme? Clay was an ‘incubee' who took part in The Verve Foundation's ‘build' programme. She is a Chartered financial planner at F&O Wealth Management, which she launched in September 2024, an appointed representative of the ValidPath network. "I've always worked in finance. I left university and went straight into a graduate scheme at Halifax Bank of Scotland," Clay told PA.
