Champion joined Hoxton Wealth in beginning of March as a trainee wealth adviser on its pathway course. In this role, he starts with marketing leads where people have made inquiries and helps advisers with their day-to-day duties, from the initial call to a potential client to the signing stage roles. "You start at the bottom and work your way up," Champion explained. "The idea is when I pass my exams in the next two years, I'll have the experience to step up as an adviser."
