How are your preparations for RDR? Apart from waiting to see if there are any gaps that need to be filled, we are already there. Ever since the business started we have run it in a manner that is RDR compliant. For instance we have always tried to work either to a fee-based or discounted commission basis. I feel that if you are going to continue to work on the old transaction-based basis, then you are going to get a shock. The biggest surprise I find is when I speak to fellow advisers,  some of whom still seem to be hoping that RDR will just go away, and as a result they have not even...
