Q. Why did you decide to sell Applewood to Perspective? A. I looked at several firms in the market, but I chose Perspective for a number of factors. I thought they would allow us to grow the business, would not interfere with the management structure, would allow us to keep our brand and allow us to bring in additional services to strengthen our proposition to clients. And, importantly, they could also write the cheque – something a lot of firms who expressed an interest were unable to do.
