Retirement Planner editor Helen Morrissey recently chaired an online Conjecture debate on the SIPP market. Advisers were encouraged to put their views to a panel of industry experts on how they feel the SIPP market is developing

Today we will be discussing the growth prospects for the SIPP market. We will kick off our panel discussion with the first question which I will direct to Richard Mattison. What is the panel's view on SIPP Light products, more specifically, the process of moving from one of these into a full SIPP?
