Vam Funds, the boutique investment house, has launched a euro share class on its property fund. It already offers dollar and sterling share classes.
The new euro share class opens the investment to European investors without the risk of currency fluctuations.
The Vam Property fund has an international mandate with some 20% of the fund invested in non-UK property funds.
The real estate team at fund manager Sagitta Asset Management (a wholly owned subsidiary of Fleming Family & Partners), aims to focus predominantly on investment in unquoted and value added funds in the US, Asia and Europe.
It also incorporates the lower risk core asset funds so that the Vam Property fund provides low volatility and strong growth. The lead manager of the fund is John Dwyer.
