Aegon-owned advisory business Origen has appointed Mike Kirsch as interim managing director.
Kirsch joins from Alico UK, where he was CEO before standing down following the sale of a large portion of the business to Swiss Re in July. His appointment is for an initial period of six months to suit both parties, after which time a mutual decision will be reached about whether to make the move permanent. Previously, Kirsch was CEO of AWD Chase de Vere from 2007 to 2009 and a Board director of Aviva Life between 2000 and 2006.
