Kames fund managers are encouraged and incentivised to share ideas for the multi-asset funds, allowing them to build ‘best ideas' portfolios.   Vincent McEntegart, manager on the multi-asset team, says this collaboration has helped him navigate much of the uncertainty of recent years: "I take comfort from the view it's not just me.
