While its popularity may have soared in recent years, multi-asset investing has a lengthier pedigree than it may first appear. And one team has been doing it longer than most. M&G's multi-asset team started life more than 30 years ago and still it remains true to its founding philosophy.  In its early years, the multi-asset team was formed to run the Prudential with-profits fund.
