How did you first get into the financial services sector - and how did you get involved with the Janus Henderson WOW programme? In 1997, I was training restaurant staff for Marriott Hotels around the US and a friend suggested I should apply for a job at Janus Mutual Funds in Denver as the company was going through a huge growth spurt.
