In one of the more left-field choices so far seen in our Adviser Champions video series, Lawrence Cook has picked out documentary-maker Louis Theroux as his adviser champion from history or fiction.

The Thesis AM director of marketing and business development explains this is all down to Theroux's ability to focus on the individual. "The advisers and planners I've worked with in the past have a fantastic ability to focus on the client to get them to really open up," he continues. "If we could capture the essence of what Louis does when he speaks to people - people he has never met before, who open up and tell him everything about their lives.
