The New Year brings new challenges for both the pensions and adviser industry. At NEST, we enter 2016 with our eyes open to the fact that an unprecedented number of employers will be setting up a workplace pension in 2016. This challenge could well be seen as an opportunity for advisers, particularly as our research suggests that many of these employers will be turning to an intermediary for support.  For a moment, think of setting up a workplace pension scheme like crossing a bridge.
