Pension Wise: Your money. Your choice. This is the rather catchy title of the government’s new guidance guarantee service. The service will engage with, and inform, individuals on how they can access their pension funds when considering their retirement options. The guidance guarantee was formally confirmed in the Treasury’s January 2015 update, which also reconfirmed the service standards of the initiative, how these will be delivered and by whom.
