Mark Polson peels back the layers of Lorica's multi-faceted employee benefits portal Bigblue (as well as it's little brother)...

So the digit at the end of the year may have changed, but the things that our industry needs technology to do for us stay much the same. For what it's worth, the top three things that pooters can help with - for my money at least - are auto-enrolment, engagement and integration of the disparate (and often desperate) systems that advisers have to use. I can't tell you how dispiriting that is to write - we should be trialling holographic advice meetings or, failing that, jetpacks. Anyway, given where we are it's probably fitting that our first subject of 2014 is Lorica's auto-enrolment ...
