Income tax The Mail on Sunday runs through how a number of tax changes in 2013 and beyond will affect clients. More than 20 million consumers will see a modest income tax cat from October, with the personal allowance rising by £1,335. But the allowance was frozen for over 65s. Pensions The Telegraph urges politicians to show consistency in pension legislation, after a raft of changes announced this week.
