The National Employment Savings Trust (NEST) has unveiled its eight golden rules of communication which will guide its conversations with members.

They are aimed at workers entering pensions for the first time under auto-enrolment and are designed to help them understand why they are entering a workplace scheme. NEST chief executive Tim Jones (pictured) said the rules were designed to "work together". He compared them to late 1980s supergroup the Travelling Wilburys.
