Clive, can you tell me about what you see as the key factors currently affecting the market? Clive Bolton: Firstly, the economic conditions have affected people's funds. But the volatility, particularly in the credit market, does mean that annuity rates are low and change rapidly. That makes for uncertainty when picking the time to retire.
