Veena joined the financial services industry straight from University, where she achieved a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics. Q. You are unusual in that you have worked as an IFA and a paraplanner. What prompted the career change? A. I loved being an adviser, but when I became pregnant with my first child, I realised I wanted a more flexible option, as I didn’t want to put in the time when I had a family.
