Russia's abundance of natural resources at a time of global rising demand is making the country's oil producers look extremely attractive. Scottish Widows Investors Partnership (Swip) and New Star both have over weightings in the oil sector, with prices recently trading at around $70 a barrel, they both hope to cash in on stocks in the area.
