South America has been performing well on the back of strong commodity prices and low interest rates. Brazil and Chile have been the best performers out of the South America countries in these areas, with copper being the biggest play; and although fund managers have mixed feelings about the Mexican market some have doubts whether or not the government has been implementing the necessary reforms.
