Q: Explain the role of the international development division. A: In bringing together Invesco, GT and Perpetual, one of the challenges we faced was a very diverse spread of clients in terms of intermediaries across different distribution channels, jurisdictions, territories and regions, and a patchy understanding of who our clients were and their needs.
