In just one year, Andre Oszmann has gone from managing Skandia's three international businesses to guiding the formation of one of the biggest offshore financial product providers in the world. As chief executive of Skandia International, formed in May, he has brought together Old Mutual International (OMI) with Isle of Man-based Royal Skandia, Skandia Ireland and Skandia Leben Liechtenstein.
