Mobile on a mobile is illegal and dangerous

In fact, 92% of people agree with the law on mobile phones. It is perhaps then surprising that 21% of drivers admit to breaking that law. In 2004, 74,000 fixed penalty notices were issued for the offence. The Government wants to clamp down on mobile phone usage and since 27 February 2007 the rules in relation to using a mobile phone while driving have been toughened.
