Anglo Irish Bank Isle of Man has launched its TaxOmeter for the financial year 2004-2005. The TaxOmeter is an online income tax calculator and is unique in that it will calculate and compare taxation liabilities for the UK and the Isle of Man. For example, a single person earning £40,000 will pay £4,919.50 income tax in the Isle of Man but in the UK it will be £8,207.60. See www.angloirishbank.co.im.
