Asia and emerging Europe were among the favoured investment markets at last month's International Investment Nordic Forum. The likes of Pioneer, Barings and Forsyth all backed these regions to do well while JP Morgan focused on the opportunities available in North America. In today's lower return world, many of the speakers focused on how investors could squeeze extra return out of portfolios, from getting the value/growth tilt right to using currency overlays more effectively.
