A private medical insurance test for intermediaries could be on the cards, after it was revealed that AMII has linked up with the Chartered Insurance Institute to launch an AMII-sponsored suite of exams. According to AMII chairman Phil Taylor, the talks were still in their "early stages". However, he revealed that they have so far been going well. The association, which unveiled its new logo at the AMII conference last week, is set for a busy year as it also plans to broaden its base.
