Advice needed to help firms meet new rules

Stress monitoring of staff could become a legal requirement for businesses in the future, according to FirstAssist. Speaking at a seminar session at the COVER Protection Forum, Andy Glynne , SME business manager at FirstAssist, said IFAs were in a perfect position to offer assistance to companies if such support becomes mandatory. Glynne told delegates that the Health and Safety Executive had launched a consultation to create a code of conduct for companies.
