Prudential has expanded its trust portfolio by adding three Inheritance Tax (IHT) trusts. An excluded property trust ring-fences offshore investments from UK IHT liability for those who do not live in the UK. A lifetime nil rate band trust is aimed at married UK residents who want to safeguard their nil rate band. And a final discounted gift trust is linked to the Pru's onshore investment bond range and allows the settler to receive a regular payment for life. For more details visit www.pruadviser.co.uk.
