Skandia International has announced its latest market offering - a "simplified" QROPS arrangements across multiple jurisdictions.

Skandia International, Fairbairn Private Bank and Axa PPP International scooped big prizes at this year's International Fund & Product awards.

Boal & Co has been forced to de-register its Isle of Man-based Trinity QROPS from 4 April. The move is due to Isle of Man tax legislation not changing in time for the 6 April 2012 transition to comply with new HMRC regulations.

Isle of Man-based Boal & Co has announced the launch of a "Spousal Bypass Trust". The trust ensures that QROPS death benefits are instead paid out to a trust, completely separate from the spouse's taxable estate.
