Consolidator Perspective Financial makes fourth acquisition of the year

Consolidator Perspective Financial Group has acquired Goodman Financial Planning in its fourth acquisition of the year - and its 35th in total.

Wiltshire-based Goodman FP was founded and run by Peter Goodman, who is retiring after 25 years at the helm. The firm has £20m of assets under management. Goodman FP will become part of the group's existing office in Marlborough. Perspective would not disclose how much it paid for the firm. Perspective Financial Group group managing director Ian Wilkinson said the acquisition was consistent with the firm's overall growth strategy.
