Bristol-based financial planner Paradigm Norton has merged with fellow financial planner The Red House, which is located in Farringdon, London.
Paradigm Norton, which now employs a team of 55 across its offices in Bristol, Torquay and London, said the merger formed part of its growth strategy. The Red House will continue to operate under its current name until 1 April, when it will become Paradigm Norton. Paradigm Norton chief executive Barry Horner (pictured, second from right) said the firm had completed seven acquisitions since its inception and, while not currently in talks with any other firms, planned to undertake more acquisitions in the future.
