OBSR suspends rating on Artemis New Enterprises

OBSR has suspended the A-rating for the Artemis New Enterprises fund following the announcement that the group plans to merge the fund into the Artemis UK Special Situations fund.

New Enterprises, which sits in the IMA's Technology and Telecommunications sector, launched in 2001 and is managed by Lindsay Whitelaw and Andy Gray. The pair will now be solely focused on the boutique's venture capital trust offering. The FSA has approved the merger, and this is now subject to a unit holder vote, which is due to take place on 02 July.
