TENET has launched a TCF accreditation programme for its members to help ensure that they not only understand its principles but can clearly demonstrate that they have adopted them.
The programme follows the introduction last November of Tenet's TCF guide and toolkit. With the use of a gap analysis questionnaire and considering 'key performance indicators' such as file reviews, persistency and complaints, Tenet will undertake a 'red, amber and green' assessment of each firm. Red or amber scores will trigger relevant support action from Tenet field staff. The questionnaire is then updated by member firms on a bi-monthly basis to keep a regular check on progress and shortfalls.
