Why protection advice is crucial when clients divorce

A 2018 Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) report brought together a huge amount of research on the trends and risks which women face. It identified six main areas which posed the greatest risk - one of these was relationships and divorce. More recently, the Financial Vulnerability Taskforce published a good practice guide on advising and supporting clients through divorce, which came out last year.
