NextGen Planners member and adviser raises £1m for his old school

MAG Financial Services financial adviser and NextGen community member Oz Shtrosberg has raised £1.2m for his old school by conducting a 36-hour campaign.

Shtrosberg's nearly two-day campaign consisted of him and the school governess contacting people and asking them to donate to the school. He said some of the larger contributors offered to match smaller donations. The King David Schools, located in north Manchester, is a Jewish set of schools and teaches children from nursery all the way to sixth form. Shtrosberg is himself Jewish and attended the school for his secondary education and now his children attend the nursery school, which he said made the campaign even more important to him.
