Mark Green, head of tax and estate planning at Legal & General, offers his tips on what tax changes to expect in next Wednesday's Budget.

"The Tories have already done the Labour trick of making the Budget announcement before the Budget with last year's Autumn Spending Review," says Green. "But there are some tax issues which seem ripe for the Chancellor to look at again." 1) Non-doms - annual charge Non-doms who have been resident in the UK for seven out of the past 10 years but still want to claim a remittance basis of taxation, have to pay a £30,000 annual tax charge, on top of the normal rate of income tax.
