Bourne replaces Falle at Ashburton

ASHBURTON has expanded its executive management team, with Peter Bourne replacing Trevor Falle as managing director, and Falle assuming a new role.

Falle will continue as chief executive of FirstRand International Asset Management (FRIAM), Ashburton’s holding company, and remain on the Asburton executive board. His new role will see Falle focus on further developing FRIAM and Asburton’s international reach, with an initial emphasis on the Middle East and Asia. Bourne spent 20 years with the FirstRand Group and has most recently been running the investment division of the group’s wealth arm.
