Private equity Group 3i declined 13p to 691p after the firm received a stock upgrade from analysts late last week. Barclays is trading 9p lower to 520p, along with Corus Group, which is down 0.75p to 45p. Search engine Yell, meanwhile, has advanced 8.75p to 425p, with food services Group Compass, picking up 4.25p to 224p. Exporters including Toyota Motor and Sony pace a decline in Japanese stocks, following an increase in crude oil prices to $55 a barrel in New York on Friday.
