PMI receives accreditation for trustee awards

The Pensions Management Institute (PMI) has received approval from the Qualification and Curriculum Authority (QCA) for its two new qualifications for pension trustees.

Based on the Pensions Regulator’s scope documents the Award in Pension Trusteeship will be available separately for defined contribution (DC) and defined benefit (DB) schemes. The new Award will replace the current PMI Trustee Certificate, and aims to meet the Pension Regulator’s trustee knowledge and understanding (TKU) requirements.
