The Association of British Insurers (ABI) and Association of IFAs (AIFA) have jointly launched a new guide setting out the responsibilities of providers and advisers in offering life and pension products and services.
The guide has been produced as part of the ‘Working together to deliver good customer experiences’ initiative, undertaken by the two associations. It includes information on establishing and maintaining relationships between advisers and providers, and on providing good customer service and after-sales service.
