Cofunds has poached staff from Skandia and Scottish Widows as it expands its sales team with the appointment of four account managers.
Tony Lord joins from Skandia as regional account manager for the Midlands and David Groves, formerly of Scottish Widows, will focus on the East region. Both take up their positions with immediate effect.
Justin Cooper, previously of Zurich, joins later in the month to cover the South East region. In August, former Insight director of third-party distribution David Butler will work in the London region.
"Each one of our new Account Managers has been able to demonstrate a lasting and consistent ability to build strong, productive relationships," says Cofunds head of sales Nick Godfrey.
"Coupled with the improvements to our head office based support, we are extremely confident of taking our sales service to the next level."
