The FSA has charged a third individual linked to the Littlewood insider dealing case.
Helmy Omas Sa'aid was charged with 13 counts of insider dealing and conspiracy to commit insider dealing.
His case is linked to that of Christian Littlewood, an investment banker who, along with his wife Angie, was charged earlier this month with 13 counts of insider dealing.
Sa'aid's offences link to trading in shares listed on the London Stock Exchange and AIM between 2000 and 2009.
He was arrested on 15 March by French authorities in the overseas territory of Mayotte in the Comoros Islands. He was returned to the UK yesterday with the help of City of London Police.
He was charged at City of Westminister Magistrates' Court today and has been remanded in custody to appear at Southwark Crown Court on 3 June.
