Friends Prov enhances business tracking alert service

Friends Provident has enhanced its business tracking alert service, enabling advisers to monitor changes as they occur across their entire pipeline.

The new business tracking element of Event Manager – which alerts advisers when the status of their clients’ proposals or policies change – has now been extended to cover all products and submission methods. It allows advisers to choose the frequency they receive the data so they can build it into existing administrative processes.
