ETF Securities has made four appointments across its product development, research and legal teams as part of its business expansion plans.
Jenny Hsieh and Michael Langerup have been appointed to the product development team. Hsieh previously worked at Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management where she helped develop and launch products.
Langerup joins from Saxo Bank, where he was a research analyst in the hedge fund group with a focus on global macro research. He has also worked at Forsyth Partners' fund of hedge funds group, where he was responsible for hedge fund strategies relating to fixed income.
Martin Arnold has been appointed as a senior analyst within the research and investment strategy team. Arnold previously occupied a role focussing on the foreign exchange markets and has experience covering a range of asset classes. He has a macro background, gained from the Reserve Bank of Australia and within the private sector.
ETFS has also hired Amila Kulasinghe within its legal team. Kulasinghe previously worked at Goldman Sachs International in the legal department, advising the execution and clearing, listed derivatives, prime brokerage and principal strategic investments business units.
