Ascentric delayed re-platforming SIPP clients at the eleventh hour

Ascentric gave its adviser users less than two weeks' notice it would not be migrating decumulation SIPP clients to its new platform on 26 November - the date they were originally supposed to be re-platformed.

The Royal London-owned platform said three-fifths of its adviser users would be unable to trade for a week, or rebalance portfolios for some clients for a fortnight between 13 and 26 November. This was a precaution while it migrated clients to its new platform.
